Claire Moreau Moves Abroad
Claire Moreau is a French student moving to Groningen for her first year at Hanze University of Applied Sciences. To interest potential new international students, Hanze is commissioning a group of film students to document Claire’s first few months at the university (and in the city). Over the course of a six episode run, Claire overcomes the hurdles of dealing with her new life, each episode focusing on a different aspect of the challenges of student living, such as: Moving in, Passing a Class, Getting a Job, Exploreing the City, and many more along the way. Overcoming homesickness and initial loneliness, Claire eventually grows to love the experience more and more with every passing day.

The first episode of Claire Moreau Moves Abroad follows the French exchange student as she moves into her new student house in Groningen, meets her roommates and discovers that Dutch student life might be stranger than expected.
The second episode of Claire Moreau Moves Abroad follows Claire as she starts searching for a job in Groningen. After settling into her student house, the French exchange student quickly discovers that finding a job may be harder than she expected.
The third episode of Claire Moreau Moves Abroad follows Claire as she tries to balance work, classes and life as an international student in Groningen. After several late-night shifts at her new job, she finds herself struggling to stay awake during lectures and questioning whether she can keep everything together.
The fourth episode of Claire Moreau Moves Abroad follows Claire after she unexpectedly reconnects with a cyclist who nearly knocked her over earlier that day. What begins as an awkward apology quickly develops into a spontaneous date through Groningen.
The fifth episode of Claire Moreau Moves Abroad starts with Claire and her friends preparing for a night in Groningen. With spirits high and questionable drinks already making the rounds, the group heads into the city expecting an evening of parties and adventure.
The sixth and final episode of Claire Moreau Moves Abroad looks back on Claire's first six months in Groningen. After documenting her search for housing, a job, friendships, romance and student life, the camera crew asks one final question: what has she learned?
